The driver or owner (some comments suggest the men filming and cleaning are Eastern European and the car is stolen) seems completely oblivious that he's causing a substantial amount of damage. Another conspiracy theory suggests this is an insurance job.
Whatever it may be, prior to this footage being filmed, the driver asked a car valet assistant to clean the interior with water, with the assistant refusing.
This video will certainly show you that money can't buy you everything.
