Mitsubishi Motors South Korea has commenced taking orders yesterday for the Eclipse Coupe, 7 days before its planned launch.
The Eclipse will be available in a slew of colors such as Sunset Pearl and Rave Red. Mitsubishi announced that the Korean-spec model will pack the features of a fully-loaded American-spec 3.8 GT Premium Package Eclipse, but be powered by a more fuel-efficient 165bhp 2.4 litre MIVEC engine. Starting today, the first twenty orders taken will each include a Nintendo Wii and a 7-inch DMB navigation system.While more details will be released when it officially goes on sale on the 25th November, the Eclipse should be priced in the range of mid-to-high 30 million KRW.
