Heavy rain in downtown Montreal, Canada, caused a flash flood after the city's sewer system was unable to cope with the volume of rain. As a result, some of the water eventually burst through a manhole cover, thus elevating a silver Ford Focus sedan parked above.
After a few minor eruptions, a major eruption occurred, sending the Focus sedan a few feet into the air and damaging its rear bumper, exhaust, and light clusters as it lands partially on a tree and the Toyota RAV4 behind.
And to top it off, there's an “Oh my god” guy filming :).
