Suzuki has taken the wraps off the new
Swift Sport. Utilising the previous 1.6 litre VVT, the engine has been tweaked to produce 134bhp (136PS/100kW) and 160Nm (118ft-lb) of torque, that's linked to a 6 speed manual gearbox.
Suzuki said that the Sport “offers superior cornering stability and brisker, more responsive handling thanks to struts with internal rebound springs and an exclusive rear-suspension design”.

The
Swift Sport is longer than regular
Swift models by 40mm, at 3,890mm, which gives “a more aggressive and dignified exterior look thanks to a low-slung form that gives a sense of stability and tension,”.
Like the regular
Swift, 7 airbags and ESP will be standard. After its debut at the 2011 IAA, the
Swift Sport will hit showrooms with a £13,000 price-tag.
